Xiaomi Mi 10 5G uses the latest Snapdragon 865 flagship CPU, compared to Snapdragon 765G in the Lite model, offers better main and wide-angle cameras and is thus capable of recording 8K video at 30fps and 4K at 60fps. Also, it is 0.1 inches bigger and thus has a bigger 4780 mAh battery instead of 4160 mAh in Mi 10 Lite 5G. The selfie camera is also improved, it has 20MP and f/2.0 lenses instead of the 16MP and f/2.5 in the cheaper model.

Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite 5G is the most basic model from the T-line, which is usually released after half of the year of the main lineup, sometime in October, and priced 30% less. It uses a slower Snapdragon 750G CPU compared to 765G in Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite 5G, the main camera module is almost the same, with more megapixels (64) compared to 48 in the non-T model but a slightly darker lens if F/1.9 aperture compared to f/1.8 in the earlier model.

Xiaomi Mi 10T 5G uses a better CPU Snapdragon 865 compared to Snapdragon 750G in the Lite version. Also due to a better main camera module, it offers 8K at 30 and 4K at 60 fps recording. The selfie camera upgraded from a 16MP f/2.5 lens in the Lite version to 20 MP f/2.2 in this model. If we compare this model to the released earlier Xiaomi Mi 10 5G, we find out that the weaker main camera module which is 64 MP, f/1.9 vs 108 MP, f/1.7 in the non-T model, a bit better 5MP macro module instead of 2MP and also lacking the depth sensor. The battery also got bigger to a round 5000mAh.

The only difference from the non-pro version is begger 108 MP sensor installed in Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro 5G. If we compare this model with relased earlier non-T one, Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro 5G, we will see that main camera modules was simplified and has only 3 cameras instead of 4. Selfie camera maximum aperture is also dropped from f/2.0 to f/2.2, while keeping the same 20MP sensor. Also there are no 12GB RAM model, 8 is a max.
